The experience
UrbanKhet’s support conversations concerned a produce service: who would buy, how we would serve them, and how the business could develop. I led that work as founder alongside building the operation.
Support around an operating produce business
Alongside building UrbanKhet, I led its incubation and fundraising work. The business being discussed was the produce service: the customer offer, the operation needed to deliver it and its economics.
The support record includes CIIE.CO incubation and seed backing, mentoring on go-to-market, pricing and operating scale, and separate TIDE 2.0 and Gujarat SSIP innovation grants.
GUSEC’s public history also records Continuity Accelerator participation. The operating story behind those conversations is the produce service: acquiring customers, developing farmer supply and building the delivery operation. The main UrbanKhet case follows that work.
