Explaining the operating venture
UrbanKhet’s support conversations concerned a produce service: who would buy, how we would serve them, and how the business could develop. I led that work as founder alongside building the operation.
What the support involved
The documented support included CIIE.CO incubation and seed investment, with mentoring on go-to-market, pricing and operating scale. TIDE 2.0 and Gujarat SSIP are separately recorded as innovation grants.
Atal Innovation and Most Promising Startup recognition form part of the venture history. These are different relationships, not interchangeable funding milestones.
The founder’s work alongside the programmes
I worked through institutional support associated with IIMA Ventures/CIIE.CO and GUSEC while running UrbanKhet. The customer proposition, delivery operation and economics were the business being explained.
The history records mentoring topics but does not identify a specific recommendation that was adopted or its measured effect. The operating work itself is described in the main UrbanKhet case.
The support record
The records identify incubation and seed backing, TIDE 2.0 and Gujarat SSIP grants, and startup recognition. No consolidated funding amount or precise investment date is established. These are venture-support relationships, not employment or an academic qualification.
Clarifying a venture’s operating story
I can help a founder explain the customer, service model and economics that an outside reader needs to understand. That is a bounded contribution to the business explanation, not a promise of investment.
Institutional records and available dates
GUSEC’s public material records UrbanKhet’s TIDE 2.0 and Continuity Accelerator participation. The GUSEC Rise event took place on 26 February 2021 and was announced on 10 March 2021. The annual snapshot records programme and unit-economics support.
IIMA Ventures’ portfolio provides investment context. The career account records CIIE.CO seed support, Gujarat SSIP grants, and Atal Innovation/Most Promising Startup recognition separately. The available history does not establish a reliable consolidated amount or a single investment date.
Notes and sources
- Institutional records and founder career accounts identify the named venture relationships. Incubation, seed investment, grants and awards are distinct; no academic qualification or consolidated funding total is claimed.
