The experience
An SME used Pay via Credit Card to make a business payment through a credit card. I owned the payment launch and customer journey, working with engineering within the KuberX programme.
The payment capability
I owned the launch and customer journey, partnering with engineering on a custom capability for SME business payments. The work covered business-payment requirements and expected launch traffic.
Pay via Credit Card launched within KuberX’s wider acquisition and onboarding programme. The companion launch note covers that work; this account concentrates on the customer payment task and the definition of the reported transaction value.
Reported transaction value
The career records report ₹10 crore in first-week transaction value. They do not establish whether the figure covers initiated, successful or settled transactions.
It is not fee revenue or reconciled settled funds. The figure should not be used to infer payment success rate, production capacity or the profitability of the feature.
