KuberX credit-card payments
The complete artifacts and detailed records behind the account. Current public references, original work and proposed designs retain their labels.
Detailed material
The customer task
An SME used Pay via Credit Card to make a business payment through a credit card. I owned the payment launch and customer journey, working with engineering within the KuberX programme.
The launch and customer flow
I partnered with engineering on the custom payment capability and its customer-facing journey. It launched alongside KuberX’s acquisition and onboarding work.
The public account establishes that collaboration, but it does not document a step-by-step payment flow, an exception-handling decision or the architecture.
Engineering collaboration
Engineering collaboration covered business-payment requirements and expected launch traffic. The records do not establish a throughput, concurrency or transaction-size benchmark.
The broader acquisition and onboarding work is described in the KuberX launch note, rather than repeated as a second payment result.
What the transaction value means
The career records report ₹10 crore in first-week transaction value. They do not establish whether the figure covers initiated, successful or settled transactions.
It is not fee revenue or reconciled settled funds. The figure should not be used to infer payment success rate, production capacity or the profitability of the feature.
Defining the reported value
An instruction, a successful payment and a settled receipt are different transaction states. The first-week value remains a reported measure without a reconciled state definition.
Customer responsibility and launch requirements
The documented user task was a business expense paid by credit card. My responsibility covered the launch and customer journey; engineering developed the payment solution with me.
The work considered expected launch traffic and business-payment requirements. The records do not distinguish transaction size from concurrency or throughput in a way that supports a capacity claim.
Part of the KuberX programme
KuberX combined SME payments and lending. Pay via Credit Card launched alongside the acquisition, analytics, sign-up and onboarding work described in the programme note.
The acquisition-cost result and first-week payment value refer to different measures and periods. Neither establishes the other’s causal effect.
Notes and sources
- My career records report ₹10 crore first-week transaction value. Initiated, successful and settled states are not reconciled, and the public account does not document payment architecture or capacity benchmarks. My contribution here is the launch and customer journey with engineering.
