For a new engagement, we would start with one decision: whom to serve first, what to offer, what delivery costs or how to reach customers. We would separate evidence from assumptions, compare options and identify a useful next test.

The proposed output is a short decision brief: the question, constraints, evidence, options and next test. Its scope would depend on the actual problem, rather than a universal packaged deliverable.

Imagine a household-subscription product deciding between a fixed weekly pack and custom orders. In a working session, I would compare the customer need, available supply, packing effort, delivery density and evidence of willingness to reorder.
