KuberX launch
The complete artifacts and detailed records behind the account. Current public references, original work and proposed designs retain their labels.
Detailed material
The launch remit
KuberX combined SME payments and lending. My launch remit joined acquisition, onboarding, lending analytics, payment work and P&L, with product, growth and engineering needing a shared view of what happened after a user arrived.
Making the journey visible
I introduced MoEngage and app analytics across acquisition and activation. I also worked on targeted, gamified sign-up events and personalised SME onboarding.
The public account does not define the activation event or disclose an experiment that isolates one intervention’s effect.
The payment capability in the same launch
Alongside acquisition and onboarding, I partnered with engineering on Pay via Credit Card. That gave SME users a business-payment action within KuberX.
This work took place during my December 2024–March 2025 CredFlow role, with responsibility for the launch journey and P&L.
Reported first-month acquisition results
The launch records report a 45% reduction in CAC and ₹10 lakh acquisition-cost savings in the first month. The two measures may describe overlapping benefit; they are not added together.
The public account does not establish baseline spend, channel mix, the acquired-user definition, retained-user quality or how the savings were calculated. The payment feature’s first-week transaction value is discussed separately in its companion note.
The questions behind the launch measures
The account connects acquisition cost with onboarding and subsequent product use. It does not establish which individual event, onboarding change or campaign caused the reported result.
Analytics, sign-up activity and onboarding
I introduced MoEngage and app analytics to cover acquisition and activation, and worked with product and growth on targeted, gamified sign-up events and personalised SME onboarding.
The available launch account does not name a verified activation event or supply campaign-level funnels. Those details cannot be reconstructed from the CAC headline alone.
A connected launch programme
I owned the KuberX launch journey and P&L while coordinating acquisition, onboarding and analytics work with the payment capability being delivered with engineering.
The launch’s acquisition measures and Pay via Credit Card’s transaction value answer different questions. They are retained as separate programme reports, not treated as a single measure of user retention or revenue.
Notes and sources
- The figures come from my career records. Campaign-level data, baseline spend, channel mix, acquired-user definitions and retained-user quality are not public. The relationship between the 45% CAC reduction and ₹10 lakh savings is not established, so they are not summed or attributed to one intervention.
