Detailed material
The problem
An agri-input catalogue makes a promise about what a customer can obtain. Purchasing, available stock, store operations and finance had to support the offer on the screen.
The offer and fulfilment had to agree
The product decision was to treat catalogue delivery and physical readiness as one launch problem. A listing could not be useful if the purchasing, stock and store network could not support the customer offer.
I coordinated that work across operations, purchasing and finance alongside the digital surface. The record supplies the launch scope and timeframe, but not a publishable sequencing or acceptance decision; no stock incident or go-live rule is invented.
Keep institutional requirements separate
The wider profile also names World Bank, JICA, Assam fisheries monitoring and Bank of Brazil in B2B/B2G work. Those are different product settings. Their requirements and proposal maturity are documented in the institutional reference archive rather than used as evidence for this commerce launch.
Reported launch scope
The launch report covers more than 2,000 SKUs across 200 stores within a 30-day build. The Professional Profile reports ₹2 lakh daily revenue during the first month, without a booked-versus-realised definition.
This is a reported launch programme result, not annualised revenue, profit or a personally isolated incremental uplift.
The catalogue is an operating promise
A customer-facing catalogue is a promise the business must keep. In another launch I would define the purchasing, stock, store and finance dependencies with the customer journey, then agree what must be ready before that promise is made. The record supports that cross-functional remit, not a universal launch checklist.
Coordinate the launch across teams
The documented programme brought product together with the operating teams responsible for the offer. That work crossed a digital catalogue, commercial execution and a physical network, rather than end when a customer-facing page was ready.
A historical catalogue capture, release checklist or redacted dependency decision would add implementation evidence. The current explanation is limited to the launch responsibilities and figures the career record actually supports.
Related institutional work — reference only
The historical account names World Bank, JICA, the Government of Assam and Bank of Brazil; fisheries monitoring is identified for Assam. It does not establish that every institution accepted or deployed every capability shown in the Tamil Nadu presentation.
That presentation describes Insoil soil testing, farm-health and satellite/NDVI views, Khasra field maps, advisory and market linkage. It is institutional capability/proposal context, not a delivered commerce interaction.
Historical institutional capability proposal
The presentation groups planning, financing, cultivation and harvest. Planning includes advisory and soil/biomarker recommendations; cultivation includes weekly SOPs, pest prediction and weather; harvest includes procurement and market linkage. Financing, insurance and credit are marked as work in progress.
Farmer, B2B and B2G views include advisory chat/call access, self-service insurance, farm-health/NDVI, Khasra maps and institutional dashboards. The table preserves the recorded maturity of each capability; it does not establish universal institution-level deployment.
