Supporting evidence

Upaj in Brazil and Malaysia

The complete artifacts and detailed records behind the account. Current public references, original work and proposed designs retain their labels.

Detailed material

The problem

An existing product configuration could not simply be translated and shipped. The meaning of its inputs and the institutional workflow around its outputs could change with the market.

Localise the information, not just the words

The documented adaptation covered Portuguese for Brazil, Bahasa Malaysia, unit conversion, local weather and soil information, and financial/agricultural requirements. Those changes affected what the product could present and support, not just interface wording.

I joined regional requirements with engineering and data work. The source does not provide a publishable before/after example of one unit, weather source or scoring requirement, so no such example is invented here.

Separate each institution’s milestone

Procurement, technical due diligence, integration and onboarding are different parts of delivery. The career account describes these activities and names Bank of Brazil and Experian, but does not map every activity to a country, module or final commercial state.

My contribution was product adaptation and partner delivery: clarifying what local teams needed and connecting it with the work engineering and data teams had to deliver. The supported endpoint is the reported deployment/onboarding milestone, not an inferred revenue or underwriting result.

Reported deployment scope

The career records report deployment in Brazil and Malaysia and institution onboarding, including Bank of Brazil and Experian. They do not establish market-by-module scope, contract value, regional adoption, or whether each milestone was a pilot, accepted integration or paid production service.

Test assumptions before reuse

A shared platform can reduce repeated work, but its information and outputs still need to make sense locally. In another expansion, I would examine the receiving workflow and available evidence before deciding which existing configuration can transfer. That is a current method, not a claim that every country shared the same deployment sequence.

Market-specific requirements

The records describe agricultural-risk configuration and credit-data collaboration. CRIF work is identified in India and Experian in Brazil. These are separate market contexts; the presence of a familiar partner name does not establish the scope or maturity of every integration.

Reported institutional activity

The reported institutional path expanded the remit beyond an Indian consumer interface. The comparison below records the known market and language relationships and leaves unspecified milestones unspecified.

Unit conversion and local weather/soil adaptation are described across the programme; the records do not allocate every requirement to an individual market.

Notes and sources

  • Source basis: historical career records / Professional Profile, self-reported. Public independent confirmation and commercial status are not supplied.
  • CRIF collaboration is recorded in India; Experian is recorded in Brazil. The India relationship is not treated as a Brazil/Malaysia deployment. Individual project dates within the Absolute tenure are unavailable.
