RiskStac and ULI
A functioning farm may have little formal income evidence. I led product work connecting agricultural assessment to a lender’s appraisal workflow.

Why this mattered
A functioning farm could lack conventional income evidence, consistent land records or bureau history. Specialist agricultural information needed to become something an institution could interpret within its appraisal process.
Agricultural evidence into an appraisal output
The agricultural context combined weather, soil moisture, vegetation, historical yield and parcel-level signals. The product task was to connect specialist analysis with the output a lender needed, rather than ask the institution to assemble disconnected indicators.
I led the assessment-product work and its standardised information-sharing requirements with lender and data partners. The receiving appraisal workflow mattered as much as the availability of the underlying agricultural data.
The responsibility map separates the assessment product, permitted information exchange and the lender’s decision. It explains ownership at the handoff; it is not an implementation schema.
The Professional Profile reports 167 satellite indices. This is input scope, not predictive quality, calibrated credit risk or personal model authorship.
| Owner | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Priyam / agricultural-risk product team | Assessment product and standardised lender-information requirements. |
| RBIH / ULI and data/service providers | National access infrastructure and permitted information/services under their contracts. |
| Lender | Appraisal, underwriting, approval and disbursement. |
| Borrower | Information and applicable consent. |
Assessment, access and approval have different owners
The integration work moved agricultural assessment towards information a lender could access in its own workflow. I worked on the standardised APIs and ULI information-sharing requirements described in the career record.
My responsibility was the risk-information product and partner handoff. RBIH supplied national infrastructure and data/service providers supplied permitted information or services. Lenders retained appraisal, approval and disbursement; the borrower supplied information and applicable consent.
Those are different contributions. The current RiskStac proposition, national ULI catalogue and my newly authored contract model are separate reference layers, rather than proof of a historical schema or every later capability.
Begin with what the receiving team needs
A useful integration carries information the next team can act on. For another specialist-data product I would begin with the receiving workflow, then define the output, responsibility and exception questions at that handoff. Data volume alone would not answer whether the institution could use it.
Documented contribution
The documented contribution is the agricultural-assessment product and lender-information handoff. The source does not publish a standalone appraisal-quality, credit-risk or NPA evaluation.
